If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and stylists, please advise us 24 hours in advance.
When scheduling services that last 60 minutes or more, we ask that you provide a credit card number to hold your reservation.
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please mute cell phones when entering the salon or spa.
We also ask that all children under the age of 3 be accompanied by another person while services are being rendered.
Perms and chemical relaxers - 3 weeks
Hair and colors - 10 days
If you experience any type of non performance in ypur hairstyle please call us and we will take care of things quickly and at no charge.
